a bit too long...

...but still nice, especially since we had a rain and it was COOL. I kept smelling honey-what the heck? I've been feeling a bit 'wan' today and while I don't feel any better after my 5.4 miles, I don't feel worse. I broke in my new Brooks shoes today and they aggravate my ITB a bit, so I'm going to try my orthotics in them next time. Ole and I had a nice walk around Rock Creek, going pretty far east up the 88th street trail to the east end of the mall and then back west next to the Fire Station.
